
MICHAEL MORONEY
Bank Manager
The Bank Manager is the head honcho, the team leader. They're in charge of all the staff and of the bank itself. They should lead by example and be a great motivator. The bank Manager will coordinate the team and make sure they get to the national finals. They will delegate and deal with any customer complaints and staff issues. They will also chair internal meetings.

LUISNE COREY
Chief Operating Officer
The COO is the second in command. They support the Bank Manager and stand in for the bank manager when they aren't around. They meet new customers and ensure that all team members follow account opening legislation. They attend meetings and ensure the bank is operated correctly and also make sure targets are met.

SIOBHAN MCALEER
Financial Controller
The Financial Controller oversees the recording of all financial transactions. They are responsible for the ledger, signing off on the budget and cashing up when the bank closes. They should be good with numbers and have an eye for detail.

MOYA SHEAHAN
Digital Innovation Manager
The Digital Innovation Officer oversees the School Bank's commitment to using technology and finds opportunities for the bank to innovate across any aspect of the bank.

CHLOE BLESSINGTON
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the bank services in order to attract new customers and encourage additional activity from existing customers. This can include the creation and publication of new digital and print campaigns, the planning and implementing of promotions and the overseeing of the marketing budget.

JANE HILLERY
Teller & Customer Service Ofiicer
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing 5 - star customer service. They are the first point of contact for customers, taking lodgements, answering queries and selling when ever they can. The customer service officer is the face of the business to the bank's customers.

Supporting Officers
The Supporting Officer makes sure that no one on the team is under too much pressure by helping them whenever they can. They work in all areas of the bank and allow everything to run smoothly
